Road Rage
A Gray man has been arrested after a road rage incident. Police say 54-year-old James Anthony Strong got upset when police rerouted traffic in order to investigate a traffic incident on West Stone Drive in Kingsport. Strong began honking his horn at the car in front of him, and then got out of his car carrying a metal baton. Strong was shocked when he approached the other driver and was met with a gun. Strong was arrested for aggravated assault. (CC)
