Meth in Scott County
A traffic stop led to an arrest on methamphetamine possession and manufacturing charges. Officer in Scott County, Virginia stopped a car being driven by 43-year-old Mark Hill of Black Water. The deputy said Hill smelled of alcohol and gave him a field sobriety test. He then asked for consent to search the car. Thatís when the officer discovered an active mobile meth lab in the trunk of the car. (CC)
