Hearing Today for Man Charged With an April Murder
A man charged with felony murder will have a court hearing today. 35-year old Marcus Gergish is accused of killing Timothy Peregoy, Sr. in a Johnson City apartment parking lot on April 3rd. Police say the murder and robbery happened after a drug transaction in the victim’s son’s apartment. Marcus Gergish was arrested only hours after the murder. Joshua Gergish and Chavez Hunter have also been charged in the case. They’ll be in court on November 1st on unrelated home invasion robbery charges.
