Inmate Charged
An inmate at the Carter County Jail is facing charges for causing damage to a sprinkler system. 20-year-old Tylor Nathanial Cook admitted to officers that he damaged the sprinkler head causing it to activate, which then set off the fire alarm. Cook was charged with vandalism over 5-hundred dollars. He appears in court to answer to these charges on November 15th. (CC)
