Toddler Found Alone Alongside a Kingsport Road
The Department of Children’s Services has been called after a toddler was found playing along a Kingsport road. Police found the child’s father at a nearby home. He told officers he left the child in his car seat in a car parked in the garage because the little boy wakes up easily. Then he went inside and fell asleep himself. The child woke up and went outside to play.
