Three men have been arrested and charged after a Kingsport police officer noticed a strong marijuana smell. The officer was at Allendale Falls Apartments distributing Halloween safety materials when he smelled the drug and found where it was coming from. Brett Anderson and his roommate, Zachary Bailey along with their visitor Isaac Roop were found with pot, bongs, Ecstacy, LSD and a drug known as Molly, which is very popular with younger users. Anderson and Bailey face extra charges since their apartment is close to an elementary school and a privately owned childcare facility.
