Home Invasion Suspects Indicted
Two Southwest Virginia men accused of a home invasion now face numerous felony charges. Authorities say 56-year old Douglas O’Neill and 39-year old Charles Bradley forced their way into a home in May to steal medication. Both men have been indicted on charges of abduction by force or intimidation, malicious wounding, robbery of a residence and conspiracy to commit robbery. They have a court appearance scheduled for November 25th. A third person tied to the case, 33-year old Christy Lee was indicted back in October. Her trial is scheduled for February. The victim suffered from several broken ribs and was tied up for hours.
