Woman in Stolen Car IDed
Kingsport Police got a picture of a car after it was stolen from Tri-Cities Dodge over the Halloween weekend. And they have identified the woman who drove the car to Walmart and was caught on surveillance video. But they donít yet have all the details. The car was taken and kept for a week. It was found in front of the dealership with the keys in the night drop box. A Walmart receipt was found in the car, and that led to the surveillance video of the woman parking it and going inside to shop. Now police want to know how she came to be driving the stolen car.
