Neighbors Fight
A Johnson City man is being held on an 11-thousand dollar bond after he assaulted his neighbor. Officers were called to Aspen Ridge Apartments on Saturday night. When they arrived they arrested 48-year-old Donald Justice. Justice is accused of reaching into the window of a closed door and pulling his neighbor outside of the apartment where by his neck and assaulted him. Justice is charged with aggravated burglary and assault. (CC)
