Attempted Robbery
Police are searching for a suspect that tried to rob a Bristol convenience store using an ax. The suspect entered the Scotchman on Lee highway and demanded money, when the clerk refused, the suspect left the store and used the ax to bust the windows in the clerk’s car. Police say the suspect was wearing gray sweatpants, a camo jacket and a black ski mask. Anyone with information should contact Washington County, Virginia Sheriff’s office.(CC)
