The Falls Lawsuit
Members of the Bristol Virginia City Council holding a meeting in executive session in order to get an update and discuss possible litigation stemming from “The Falls” development project. The city is allowed to go into executive session to privately discuss matters of litigation since an open meeting discussion could adversely impact the outcome.(CC)
