Families Ask Supreme Court to Reconsider Decision
The state Supreme Court is being asked to reconsider its decision to overturn a wrongful death finding against the state in the April 2007 massacre at Virginia Tech. Yesterday's request was from attorneys for the families of two students who were among 32 killed by a student-gunman on campus in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
