Suspects Named in Unicoi Drug Bust
The Johnson City residents arrested for selling prescription morphine and oxycodone through the front door of Unicoi Tire and Brake, include the store owner, 36 year old Marcus Wright, as well as 51-year old Arthur Burrell, 56 year old Sharon Laws, and 81-year old Lewis Wilcox, who, the sheriff says, was caught delivering 90 pills. Sheriff Mike Hensley says, Wilcox was on his way to sell some narcotics. We did arrest that individual and seize his vehicle, and we have a total of four individuals under arrest. Sheriff Mike Hensley says more arrests may might increase as the investigation continues.
