Church Hill Man Arrested For Assaulting His Girlfriend
Church Hill Police say an assault victim was hiding outside waiting for help. Kimberly Jones told officers that her boyfriend, James Stallard became irate and threatened her with a knife. She was able to escape and run outside, where she called 911. Officer found Stallard locked in a bathroom and broke down the door. Stallard was arrested and charged with assault and resisting arrest.
