Juvenile Arrested
Johnson City Police say a juvenile is in custody after they damaged their custodianís utility meter, and tried to set fire to their home. Officers were called to the home around eight on Sunday night where the 16-year-old male used a brick to break the meter of the home. When officers arrived they found the young man had also set a shirt on fire in an attempt to burn down the house. The boy has been placed in the Regional Juvenile Detention Center. (CC)
