Court Hearing Set for Armed Frequent Flyer
It was a mistake hes made twice, and now a Kingsport man will appear in Bristol Sessions court this morning. 40-year old Christopher Osborne was caught with a loaded 9mm handgun at Tri-Cities Regional Airport earlier this month. Osborne says he flies all the time and it was an honest mistake. Back in 2009 he was caught with the same weapon in his carry-on luggage. The frequent flyer will have his first hearing on the charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon at 9 a.m.
