A Felon, a Gun and an Adult Novelty Store
A convicted felon is in more hot water after taking his gun to an adult novelty shop. Employees and patrons at Grayís Intimate Treasures were worried 46-year old James Kirby Fry would try to rob them, so a customer confronted him, took his gun and called the police. Thatís when Fry ran from the store, dropping a purple bag with crack cocaine and Xanax pills inside. Thanks to a tip, deputies were able to arrest Fry at his home in Carter County. He faces numerous drug and firearms charges in Washington County, TN.
