The Tennessee Highway patrol says a tractor-trailer traveling north rear-ended a car causing them both to spin through three lanes of traffic before the car was pinned by the rig. The truck driver 54-year-old Carl Osburn of Princeton, West Virginia was ejected and then hit by a third car. 81-year-old Dennis Dawson of Beckley, West Virginia was transported to the hospital where he later died.
