Company Owner Accused of Theft
A Sullivan County resident says she paid for fence work that was not done, and the Sheriff’s Office is looking for the company owner. The victim says she paid Veterans Fence Company owner Joey Lynn Miller 600-dollars to fence in her backyard. That was six weeks ago. She says Miller never completed the work, promised a refund, but she has not been able to get in touch with him again. The 35-year old Miller is a Johnson City resident, but authorities have not been able to locate him. (SH)
