JC Man Jailed Shots Fired
He fired two shots in the air after arguing with a cousin who lived down the street, now Johnson City police say they have arrested 22-year-old William A. Letcher for his actions. Letcher got into an argument with his cousin after he entered the home uninvited. This caused an argument which led Letcher to return to his home where he got a handgun and walked outside to fire shots in the air toward the cousinís home. Letcher is held on a 10-thousand dollar bond. (CC)
