Prayer Vigil Held
Family and Friends gathered at a prayer vigil on the campus of King University to honor a student killed in a shooting at a Johnson City night spot. DeShaun Greer was on track to graduate from the university before loosing his life after an altercation broke out and shots were fired at the parking area of The Battery in downtown Johnson City. Greer’s brother was also shot during the altercation. King says they will have grief counseling available to all students who need it. One other person was also injured. One person has been arrested for the murder. (CC)
