Kingsport Dad in More Legal Trouble
He was already in trouble for picking up his daughter from school while under the influence, but now a Kingsport man is in even more hot water after drunk dialing the detective assigned to his case. 37-year old Michael Daugherty was arrested again after leaving a voicemail for Detective Terry Christian laced with profanity and lewd content. Daugherty’s daughter is in the custody of her mother. He’s expected back in court on June 12th to face harassment and attempted child neglect charges.
