Woman Arrested for Trying to Cash Stolen Checks
They released her photo to the public and now Johnson City officers have made an arrest. 19-year old Anya M. Combs of Hales Chapel Rd. in Gray, TN is charged with Forgery, Identity Theft, Attempted Theft of Property and Possession of Stolen Property after trying to cash a stolen check at Eastman Credit Union. Combs is scheduled for arraignment this afternoon.
