Water Outage Planned for Bristol's Exit 7 Tonight
The construction at Bristol, VAs Exit 7 will involve some water service outages tonight in that area. BVU officials tell us beginning around 11:00 tonight until around 6:00 tomorrow morning, customers from Old Airport Road, Old Stage Road and Hickory Drive will be without water. They also say if you live close to Exit 7, you might experience some low water pressure. BVU's manager of water engineering says the utility has been working with business owners in the impacted area to come up with a plan to help them continue to operate during the outage.
