The Bristol man who claimed to have a gun and robbed a Walgreens pharmacy pleaded not guilty to a robbery charge during his arrangement in Criminal Court. Police said 56-year old Gary Alvis of Carson Lane specifically demanded oxycodone and Zanax from the drug store back in February. Then, police say, he took and overdosed on those drugs.
