Hugley Hearing
He was arrested last August for burglary and a brutal attack with a broken bottle and got a plea deal, Now 22 year old Lance H. Hugley of Johnson City has been arrested again, this time for aggravated burglary and simple domestic assault. According to his estranged wife, she found him in here apartment on Rowe Lane in an altercation with his cousin, who was there visiting his girlfriend. Hugley is in the Washington County Detention Center on an $11,000 bond with a hearing scheduled for Monday.
