Johnson City Man Accused of Assaulting Another Person
A Johnson City man has been arrested for assaulting another person in the parking lot of a discount tobacco store. It happened on West Market Street. Police say based on a witness following 42-year old William H. Sullivan after the assault, they found him on First Street. Police say after a brief confrontation, Sullivan was arrested for aggravated assault, resisting arrest, vandalism and trespassing. He was treated at the Johnson City Medical Center for injuries he suffered, and then was jailed on $40,000 bond.(LM)
