Lee County Native to Retire as Virginia Supreme Court Justice
Lee County native Cynthia Kinser, the chief justice of Virginia’s Supreme Court, plans to retire tis year. The court made the announcement but did not give a resignation date. Kinser was the first woman ever selected as chief justice. (LM)
