Escaped Inmate Caught in SWVA
He escaped from the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail, but is back behind bars. 25-year old Ryan Richard Potter walked off a work detail in Pennington Gap earlier this month. He was in jail on a probation violation and would have been released in August. Potter was caught Sunday morning in Coeburn and now faces Felony Escape Charges.
