Police say Abingdon Man Who Ran Stop Sign was in possession of Marijuana
Police say they found marijuana and a pipe when they pulled over an Abingdon man failing to obey a stop sign. 25-year-old William J. Shortridge of Cummings Street is charged with possession of marijuana, driving on a revoked license and failure to stop. The arrest happened at the intersection of Old Jonesboro Road and Westwood Drive. (LM)
