Two Arrested in Johnson City Robbery in which Victim was Dragged by a Car
Two Johnson City residents were arrested in an incident in which a woman was robbed and dragged behind a moving car. The victim suffered abrasions in the incident last month at EZ Discount Tobacco and Market. Police have arrested Dustin Lynn Hughes, and Monica Paige Adams, both of Collins Drive. (LM)
