Former Kingsport Alderman Pleads Guilty
Jantry Shupe, the fomer Kingsport Alderman arrested twice for DUI pleaded guilty in court. Shupe was arrested over the July 4th holiday weekend and once before in June 2013 he was found not guilty in the first incident. This time, Shupe was sentenced to 48 hours in jail along with 11 months and 29 days of probation.
