Charges Pending in Rogersville Traffic Fatality
The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that charges are pending against the driver of the tractor trailer truck that, police say, made an improper turn, causing a fatal collision in Rogersville. 18-year-old Ashley Lawson of Mooresburg, the driver of the other vehicle, died. Her two passengers were injured, including an eight-month-old baby. The driver of the truck is identified as 60-year-old Ion Hazapariu of Texas. (LM)
