Bickley Reaches Plea Agreement in Synthetic Drug Case
A man arrested for selling illicit synthetic drugs from several businesses across the Tri-Cities has agreed to plead guilty in federal court. Daniel Guy Bickley, arrested after a police raid, has signed a plea agreement. Hes the former owner of several Cloud 9 Emporiums, including businesses in Bristol, Johnson City and Mountain City. Authorities say he first started selling drugs from Exotic Illusions, his adult novelty store in Bristol, Virginia. Hes due in federal court in Greeneville Sept. 3rd. (LM)
