Kingsport Plans $26 Million in Bond Issues for Improvements
Kingsport is looking to borrow $26 million. It involves two bond issues and a variety of needs. They include improvements to schools, streets, the landfill and a major upgrade of communications for the police and fire departments. Also included are land acquisition and utility improvements. (LM)
