Road Rage Leads to Arrest of Man dressed only in his Underwear in front of Kingsport school
Kingsport police say an apparent road rage incident resulted in the arrest of a man - dressed only in his underwear in front of an elementary school. Police were initially summoned by reports of a car accident near Andrew Jackson Elementary on West Stone Drive. Witnesses reported a car skidding and coming to a stop, blocking lanes of traffic. The driver, identified as 29-year-old Hakeem Davis of McGee Street, is accused of getting hostile with police as he told them he had been a victim of road rage. Police weren’t able to locate a vehicle that he described. It ended up that Davis was arrested for reckless driving and disorderly conduct. (LM)
