Ray to See Grand Jury
Charges against a man accused of shooting his wife and her friend in a Bristol parking lot just over a year ago will to the grand jury in Bristol Virginia. Commenwealth’s attorney, Jerry Wolfe says a judge found probable cause for the charges against Carl Ray who is accused of shooting down his wife Tracy and her friend Randall O’Quinn as the two sat together in a truck in December of 2006. The death penalty is being sought in the death of O’Quinn. Police say Ray had a concealed weapons permit and used a .45 calibre pistol to kill the couple and then waited in his car for officers to arrive.
