Bad Water, Bad News
Bad news for the City of Elizabethton on the standard of their drinking water. Scoring only a 40 on the scale of 100 is expected to hurt the Carter County seat. The unapproved rating from the State of Tennessee is affecting not only the city residents, but those living in the county and getting water from the extended city system.
