Trial Delayed
The trial for the man accused of killing Johnia Berry has been delayed. Tyler Olson is charged in the murder at Berry's apartment in Knoxville back in 2004. Olson was originally scheduled to stand trial on March 3rd but his attorney is asking for more time to collect forensic reports. Olson's trial has now been scheduled for July 28th.
